We recommend that you carefully go through our Terms of Use, to better understand the different features of our service. By subscribing to the registration process at Storybook Safari, Members accept all items in the Terms of Use and agree to abide by and be legally bound by the Terms of Use.
PAYMENT POLICY
New members to pay one-time registration fee ₹500 for subscribing to the plans of your choice.
Payment for the registration and subscription to be made via CASH or GPAY.
LOST & DAMAGE
At Storybook Safari, we take utmost care to maintain books in good condition. However, the displayed image and the quality and condition may differ. Any anomaly (unprinted pages) or damage if found should be reported to the delivery executive when the book is delivered at the door. Failure to check and/or report the same will be constituted as if the member has received the book/s in good condition. As soon as the book is returned to the library it will be checked for any damage of book(s) and reported to the member accordingly. The determination of a book being “damaged” will be at the sole discretion of Storybook Safari. Members can choose to replace a lost or damaged book within 14 days or pay the market price of the book, amount determined by Storybook Safari. The damage policy is detailed below.
NATURE OF DAMAGE - AMOUNT THE MEMBER HAS TO PAY
If the book is lost/ majorly damaged - Market price of the book
Minor tearing, scribbling, spinal damage or doodling - 60% of the cost of the book.
SELECTION OF BOOKS:
You can shortlist and rent any 2 books for your young one according to your choices and preferences, and the book will be sent to you the same week. The book will then be exchanged for a new set of your choice after 1 week (8 days).
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
At Storybook Safari, in case you change your mind and want to cancel your subscription midway, the following will refunded:
a) The deposit fee charged in the beginning of the subscription, i.e., ₹1000
b) 50% of the amount of the remaining duration of your subscription
